If you handy, you can try to replace the switch yourself. Remove the lid by disconnecting the white connector and slide the lid from the ammo box while it’s open. To remove the internals of the Speedloader, heat up the bottom with a heat gun, stove or torch. While heating, pull gently on the output tube and cable. The internals will come loose from the bottom, and you can pull them out.

Then, you are able to unscrew the lid from the pump section. Check for any irregularities and clean up the pump section. To check if the BB sensor is working, you can connect it to the control board and start feeding while pressing on the small blue micro-switch button. If the counter is not counting down with each click, the switch is worn out or dirty. We can provide you with spare parts.

When assembling the unit back, please make sure the main gear is aligned by putting BBs around it and screw at least two screws from the pump section back. This way, you make sure there is enough clearance to run them through. When tightening the motor screws push the motor axis to the lower-left over the pump-section. Then mount everything back together. Take pictures if you’d like to share your doubts.
